My background of over 20 years within human resources, training and as an award-winning coach, gives me the skills and knowledge, as well as the energy and enthusiasm to work with those working within all areas of HR, at all stages of their career. I believe the breadth of skills and knowledge we develop within HR can, should and will continue to increase in importance as organisations realise the biggest asset is the workforce.

 

A business strategy that gives how they are supported, valued and developed equal importance to other drivers will lead to business growth and success.  We have a massive opportunity to have real impact. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and am actively involved with the CIPD, including as Chair of our local group.
